About Me As Your Coach

I’ve spent over a decade coaching women over 30 who want to lose fat, tone up, and finally feel confident in their body again. After working with thousands of clients the same frustrations came up over and over. Women were being pushed into restrictive diets, endless cardio, and unrealistic routines that didn’t fit their life, hormones, or energy levels. They were made to feel like they were failing when really the method was the problem.

That’s why I built the Tone & Transform Coaching Program and the Flexible Fat Loss System. I wanted to give women a way to get results without sacrificing their lifestyle, cutting out their favourite foods, or spending hours in the gym. Something sustainable. Something empowering. Something that actually works for busy women balancing work, kids, relationships, and everything in between.

My coaching style is simple. I give you structure, clarity, education, and support so you always know exactly what to do and why you’re doing it. No guilt. No judgement. No confusing rules.
